During sustained video output, the A7310 draws current from the sensor, processor, and wireless transmission simultaneously. If the replacement cell's internal resistance is higher than the original, voltage sags under this combined load cause the fuel gauge to misread the state of charge — producing sudden jumps between percentage values. The fix is to fully charge the cell to 4.2V, then run one complete live-stream session to let the BMS sample the cell under real load. After that session, erratic jumps typically stabilise as the BMS builds an accurate resistance profile for the new cell.
