Fits Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv and H.Koenig Swr22 robotic vacuums, OEM equivalent to original Ni-MH pack.
14.4V and 2000mAh capacity delivers steady motor voltage under sustained suction load without early cutoff.
Connector seats into the dock contact plate with a positive locking tab that prevents accidental ejection.
We bench tested the BMS on cold dock insertion — cell accepted charge immediately without fault delay or handshake errors.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock continuously; Ni-MH packs on trickle charge develop capacity fade within weeks, so charge fully and remove from dock until next use.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv — 14.4V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 2000mAh (28.8Wh) Ni-MH replacement battery for the Nestor E.Ziclean Furtiv and H.Koenig Swr22 robotic vacuum cleaners. It slots into the battery bay and powers the motor, navigation, and brush systems. Fit the replacement when the original cell no longer holds enough charge to complete a cleaning cycle.

  • E.Ziclean Furtiv and H.Koenig Swr22 compatibility: Both units share the same 14.4V battery bay, connector pinout, and BMS handshake logic, which is why one cell covers both models. The voltage rail and physical footprint — 91.91 x 67.35 x 44.58mm — are identical across the two platforms.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through repeated charge and discharge runs on the E.Ziclean Furtiv chassis. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, and the motor and brush deck drew current within the expected operating range throughout each run.
  • Dock charging discipline: Do not leave this vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Ni-MH cells on continuous trickle charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than cells charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

Ni-MH cells under load show a voltage curve that drops steeply once the cell is past roughly 70% depletion. The E.Ziclean Furtiv's motor controller reads that sag as insufficient supply and reduces brush and fan speed before the indicator circuit registers a low-battery state. A clogged filter compounds the problem — restricted airflow forces the motor to draw harder, which accelerates the voltage drop. Clean the filter first, then confirm the replacement cell is reading above 14.0V at rest before docking it.

Motor cuts out mid-cycle then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the brush roll hits a dense patch of carpet or a partial blockage, current draw spikes and the BMS opens the circuit to protect the cell. After a few seconds the BMS resets and the motor restarts. The fix is to clear any debris wrapped around the brush roll and check that the filter is not blocked — both conditions push sustained current draw above the BMS trip threshold. If the cutout persists on a clean machine, the original cell's internal resistance has likely risen high enough that it can no longer supply peak motor-start current.

Frequently Asked Questions

My E.Ziclean Furtiv keeps losing suction well before the low-battery light comes on — is the new battery faulty?

Most likely not. Ni-MH voltage sags under motor load before the indicator circuit registers low, so suction drops first. Check the filter — a restricted filter forces the motor to draw harder and accelerates that voltage sag noticeably. Clean the filter, then charge the replacement cell fully and confirm it reads at or above 14.0V at rest before running the vacuum.

The robot cuts out halfway through a run, sits for a minute, then starts again — what is causing that?

That is the BMS tripping on an overcurrent spike, not a dead cell. It happens when the brush roll hits a blockage or dense carpet and current draw exceeds the BMS threshold. Clear any hair or debris wrapped around the brush roll and check the filter for restriction — both drive sustained high-draw conditions that trigger the trip. If it still cuts out on a clean machine, the old cell's high internal resistance may have trained the unit to cut off early; run two full charge-discharge cycles on the new cell to let the BMS recalibrate.

The replacement battery is fading fast after only a few weeks — I charged it every night and left it on the dock. Is the cell defective?

Continuous dock charging is the cause, not a defective cell. Ni-MH chemistry degrades significantly faster under constant trickle charge than when charged only at depletion. Take it off the dock once the charge indicator shows full, store the vacuum off the dock, and only return it to charge when the cell is genuinely low. Follow that pattern for a few full cycles and capacity should stabilise.
