OnePlus 10R / CPH2411 — 7.74V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP925)

The BLP925 is a 7.74V, 2400mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the OnePlus 10R, 10R 5G 2022, 10R 5G 2022 150W, and CPH2411. It replaces the original cell when capacity has dropped or the phone no longer holds a charge through a normal day. Capacity is rated at 18.58Wh.

• 10R and CPH2411 platform fit: These variants share the same PCB layout, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — the BLP925 cell covers all of them without modification.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the cell through charge and discharge cycles on a 10R unit. The BMS accepted the cell, protection thresholds tripped correctly at low voltage, and the charge IC communicated without fault flags.
• Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate its coulomb counter against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the BLP925 replacement cell

This happens because the fuel gauge IC is still running the discharge curve it learned from the old, degraded cell. The new cell has a steeper voltage drop under modem and display load than the old cell did, so the phone hits its low-voltage cutoff before the percentage counter reaches zero. The BMS cuts power at roughly 3.0V per cell to protect the chemistry. One full discharge-charge cycle without fast charging lets the coulomb counter relearn the actual capacity and voltage curve of the new cell.

WARP Charge or 150W fast charge not activating after cell swap

OnePlus proprietary fast charge protocols require a handshake between the charger, the charge IC, and the BMS. On a freshly installed cell, the BMS may reject high-current input on the first cycle until it has completed one baseline charge at standard rate. Plug into the original OnePlus adapter and allow the first charge to complete at whatever rate the BMS accepts. After one full cycle, fast charge negotiation typically restores to normal — confirm by checking the lock screen charge indicator, which should display "SUPERVOOC" or "ENDURANCE" rather than a plain lightning bolt.
