Fits OnePlus Nord AC2003 smartphone, replaces OEM part BLP785.
Voltage 3.87V nominal, capacity 3950mAh — delivers full charge cycles to the Snapdragon processor, display, and modem.
Connector type micro-contact pad with alignment slot; physical dimensions 83.38 x 62.40 x 4.30mm match factory housing.
We bench-tested this cell on a Nord AC2003 — BMS accepted the new pack on first insertion, fuel gauge IC began recalibration cycle.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the coulomb counter recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before USB-PD pushes current.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

OnePlus Nord / AC2003 — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP785)

This is a 3950mAh (15.29Wh) Li-Polymer cell for the OnePlus Nord (AC2003). It replaces OEM part BLP785 when the original cell has degraded, swells, or no longer holds a charge. Voltage is 3.87V nominal — matched to the Nord's power management IC.

  • Nord / AC2003 fit: Both model variants share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. The BLP785 footprint is 83.38 × 62.40 × 4.30mm — physical fit and the NTC thermistor line are confirmed compatible across both SKUs.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell on a Nord unit and monitored BMS communication across charge and discharge. The protection circuit responded correctly to trickle charge entry, full-charge cutoff, and load-spike conditions without tripping into fault state.
  • First-cycle calibration tip: After fitting this cell, disable Warp Charge for the first full discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC build an accurate coulomb counter baseline against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated state.

Why the Nord reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The Nord uses a coulomb counter that tracks charge in and out of the original cell over its lifetime. When you fit a new cell, that counter still holds calibration data mapped to the old cell's degraded capacity curve. The mismatch means the fuel gauge IC reports percentages that don't reflect what's actually in the new cell. One complete slow charge-discharge cycle resets the learned curve and brings the percentage readout back in line.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the fuel gauge IC hasn't recalibrated yet and the displayed percentage is ahead of the cell's real state of charge. Under modem or display load, voltage drops sharply near the actual depletion point — the BMS cuts power before the OS can warn you. It's not a faulty cell. Run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% to anchor the fuel gauge to the new cell's voltage-capacity curve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Warp Charge isn't working after I swapped the battery — the phone just slow-charges. Is the new cell the problem?

On the first cycle after a cell replacement, the Nord's charge IC sometimes won't negotiate the Warp Charge protocol until it has completed one full standard charge. The BMS on the new cell needs to confirm its temperature and impedance profile before the phone unlocks high-current charging. Plug in with Warp Charge enabled, let it complete a full charge without interruption, and fast charging typically resumes on the next session.

The phone won't turn on at all after the new battery sat in a drawer for a few months before installation.

If the cell voltage dropped below roughly 2.5V during storage, the BMS locks out to prevent damage — the phone won't boot and may not show a charging indicator for several minutes after plugging in. Connect the phone to a charger and leave it for 15–20 minutes before attempting to power on; the charge IC runs a low-current trickle phase to bring the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold before normal charging begins.

The battery percentage is jumping around erratically — goes from 45% down to 31% in seconds, then back up.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against the new cell. The coulomb counter was trained on the old degraded cell and its voltage-to-capacity map no longer matches the new cell's characteristics. Erratic jumps are most common in the first three charge cycles. Complete two full discharge-charge cycles with Warp Charge disabled and the readings will stabilise as the IC rewrites its internal curve to the new cell.
