Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo F11 / CPH1911 — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP707)
The BLP707 is a 3.85V, 3900mAh Li-Polymer cell that fits the Oppo F11, F11 Premium Edition, F11 Premium Edition Dual, and CPH1911. It replaces the original battery when capacity has dropped from normal charge cycles. Install it to restore the phone to its original power delivery specs.
- F11 series compatibility: The F11, F11 Premium Edition, and CPH1911 all share the same battery bay dimensions and connector pinout. The BLP707 cell matches the 89.00 × 64.50 × 3.90mm form factor and voltage rail these variants require.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the F11 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without triggering thermal cutoff, and the charge IC stepped through trickle, CC, and CV phases as expected on a fresh cell.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable VOOC fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes into an uncalibrated coulomb counter.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Oppo F11 after a cell swap
A new Li-Polymer cell has a slightly different voltage-versus-capacity curve compared to the aged cell the fuel gauge IC was trained on. When the phone hits a load spike — 5G handoff, screen at full brightness, or camera — the cell voltage dips below the shutdown threshold even though the reported percentage says 25%. The IC reads a safe state of charge but the actual terminal voltage collapses under current draw. One full discharge-charge cycle resets the coulomb counter and aligns the IC to the new cell curve, stopping the spurious shutdowns.
VOOC fast charge not activating on the first cycle after replacement
Oppo's VOOC protocol requires a handshake between the charger, the phone's charge IC, and the battery BMS. On a freshly installed cell with no charge history, the BMS may respond outside the expected voltage window, causing the charge IC to fall back to standard 5V charging instead of negotiating VOOC. This is normal on cycle one. Complete one full standard charge first, then reconnect the VOOC adapter — the BMS will have initialised correctly and the handshake succeeds at the correct voltage band.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Oppo F11 keeps shutting off at around 25% after I put in the new battery — is the cell faulty?
The cell is almost certainly fine. The fuel gauge IC is still running the discharge curve from your old, degraded battery, so it miscalculates the voltage cliff on the new cell. Under a sudden load — modem activity, screen brightness spike — terminal voltage drops below the cutoff threshold even though the counter reads 25%. Run one full discharge down to 0% shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100%, and the coulomb counter will recalibrate to the new cell's actual curve.
The battery percentage on my F11 jumps around erratically right after fitting the BLP707 — sometimes it skips 10% in seconds. What's causing it?
This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against an unfamiliar cell. The IC uses stored data from the previous battery's impedance and discharge profile; the new cell doesn't match that profile, so the percentage estimate swings as the IC tries to correct itself mid-cycle. It is not a hardware fault. Complete two full discharge-charge cycles with VOOC disabled, and the IC will lock onto the new cell's actual discharge curve and stabilise the readout.
My F11 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months before I installed it — the phone is completely dead.
Li-Polymer cells self-discharge in storage, and if the BLP707 dropped below 2.5V per cell before installation, the BMS has entered lockout mode to prevent damage. The phone won't respond to a normal charger from this state. Connect the original Oppo charger — not a third-party cable — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button; the charge IC will feed a trickle current that brings the cell above the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 2.8V, at which point the BMS releases and normal charging resumes.
