Fits Oppo Reno7 SE 5G and replaces OEM battery part number BLP895.
3.87V and 4400mAh capacity restore full smartphone functionality after battery degradation.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot; verify the flex cable locks fully before reassembly.
We ran a discharge curve on the cell — BMS held voltage stable under sustained modem load, no voltage cliff.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle to let the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo Reno7 SE 5G — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP895)

This is a 3.87V, 4400mAh lithium-polymer cell for the Oppo Reno7 SE 5G and PFCM00 variant. It replaces part number BLP895. Fit this cell when the original no longer holds charge through a standard day of use or fails to power the phone at all.

  • Reno7 SE 5G and PFCM00 compatibility: Both the Reno7 SE 5G and PFCM00 share the same mainboard connector, BMS communication pinout, and 3.87V nominal charge rail — so a single BLP895-spec cell covers both variants without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge runs on the Reno7 SE 5G platform. The BMS handshake completed correctly, charge IC accepted the cell without rejection flags, and coulomb counter initialised within the first cycle.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC build an accurate discharge curve against the new cell before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated counter.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Reno7 SE 5G after a cell swap

This is a voltage cliff problem, not a capacity problem. The fuel gauge IC still holds calibration data from the old degraded cell, so the percentage readout no longer maps to the new cell's actual voltage curve. Under modem load or screen brightness spikes, the new cell's voltage drops momentarily below the BMS cutoff threshold — around 3.2V — while the gauge still reads 25%. One full discharge-charge cycle with fast charging disabled resets the coulomb counter and resolves most shutdowns.

USB fast charging not activating on the first cycle after replacement

Oppo's VOOC and the USB-PD negotiation layer both require the charge IC to confirm cell impedance before stepping up current. On a brand-new cell, initial impedance reads slightly higher than a conditioned cell, and the charge IC may default to standard 5V/1A as a precaution. This is not a fault with the cell or the charger. Run one full standard-rate charge cycle first — after that, the IC recalibrates impedance and fast charging activates normally on subsequent cycles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Reno7 SE 5G show the wrong battery percentage after fitting the BLP895 replacement?

The fuel gauge IC inside the phone was calibrated to the discharge curve of the old, degraded cell — it has no data on the new cell yet. Until it runs a full cycle, the percentage reading is an estimate based on the wrong curve. Disable fast charging, let the phone drain to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. After that one cycle, the coulomb counter locks onto the new cell's curve and the readout stabilises.

The phone feels warm near the battery during the first few charges after replacement — is something wrong?

A new lithium-polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a conditioned one. The charge IC pushes current into that higher resistance, and the difference dissipates as heat. This is normal for the first two to three charge cycles as the cell conditions. If warmth persists beyond three full cycles or the phone gets hot to the touch rather than warm, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a partial connection increases resistance further.

The Reno7 SE 5G won't power on at all after the BLP895 sat in storage before installation — what do I do?

If a lithium-polymer cell sits below approximately 2.5V per cell, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent unsafe charging and the phone will not respond to the power button or a standard charger. Plug in a known-working charger and leave it connected for 15–20 minutes without pressing any buttons — the charge IC trickle-charges the cell from lockout voltage up to the minimum threshold before normal charging begins. If the charging indicator appears after that wait, the BMS has cleared and the cell will charge normally to full.
