The BMS disconnects to protect the cells, then resets once current demand drops. Clear the blockage and empty the dust cup before assuming the replacement pack is faulty. If the cutout continues on an unobstructed run, check that the pack voltage holds above 13V at rest; anything lower indicates a cell imbalance in the new pack.
