This is a 14.4V Ni-MH battery rated at 4000mAh (57.6Wh), built to fit the Vileda 488A and A3 cordless vacuum cleaners. It slots into the same bay as the original cell and connects to the existing charger circuit. Order this when the original battery no longer holds a useful charge or fails to power the motor at full suction.

After a brief pause the BMS resets and the motor runs again. Clear the blockage, check the filter, and verify the intake path is unobstructed — if the cut-outs stop, the battery and BMS are functioning correctly.
