Fits Wiko Cink Peax, Cink Peax 2, and N310 models; replaces PEAK 2 battery.
3.7V, 1750mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 6.48Wh to sustain phone operation.
Connector slides into original slot with single locking tab; orientation marked on housing.
Bench test on Cink Peax confirmed BMS accepted charge within normal voltage envelope; no cutoff errors.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated BMS.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiko Cink Peax / Cink Peax 2 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (PEAK 2)

This 3.7V 1750mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original PEAK 2 battery in the Wiko Cink Peax and Cink Peax 2 smartphones. It matches the OEM voltage rail, connector pinout, and physical footprint at 60.65 × 57.80 × 4.50mm. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds usable charge or fails to power on.

  • Cink Peax and Cink Peax 2 compatibility: Both handsets use the same PEAK 2 battery format — identical voltage rail, connector, and BMS communication lines. One cell covers both models without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the Cink Peax platform. The BMS accepted the cell without fault codes, and the charge IC completed a full constant-current to constant-voltage transition at 4.2V.
  • First-cycle fuel gauge reset: After installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge to 100% uninterrupted. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before resuming normal use.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

The Cink Peax fuel gauge IC retains the old cell's discharge curve in memory after a swap. When the modem or display draws a short current spike, the new cell's actual voltage drops faster than the stored curve predicts — the system sees what looks like a collapse and triggers an emergency cutoff. This is not a faulty cell. Run one full discharge-to-shutdown cycle without interruption and let the phone charge back to 100%. After that cycle the coulomb counter recalibrates and the premature shutdowns stop.

Phone reports wrong battery percentage after cell swap

The fuel gauge IC on the Cink Peax uses a stored charge table built from the original cell's impedance and capacity. A new cell has different internal resistance, so the IC's state-of-charge estimate drifts — you may see the percentage jump, stall at an odd number, or read 1% before shutting down. The fix is a full recalibration cycle: discharge the phone completely until it shuts itself off, then charge straight to 100% without unplugging. One complete cycle rewrites the reference table against the new cell and percentage reporting stabilises at 3.7V mid-charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Wiko Cink Peax won't turn on after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

A cell stored at low charge can fall below 2.5V, which triggers BMS lockout to prevent further discharge damage. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 30–40 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC delivers a low trickle current to bring the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 3.0V, at which point the phone will boot normally.

Fast charging stopped working on my Cink Peax after I fitted the new battery — the phone just slow-charges now.

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC defaults to standard constant-current mode while it reads the new cell's impedance. If the measured impedance is higher than expected on a fresh cell — which is normal — the controller stays in slow-charge mode as a precaution. Run one full standard charge to 100%, then discharge completely and recharge. After that conditioning cycle the charge IC accepts the cell's impedance profile and fast charging resumes at its normal rate.

The Cink Peax feels warm near the battery area while charging with the new cell — should I be concerned?

Mild warmth during the first few charges is normal on a new high-impedance cell. Fresh Li-ion cells have slightly elevated internal resistance before the first few cycles break them in, and the charge IC dissipates a small amount of extra energy as heat during the constant-current phase. If the phone becomes hot to the touch or the charger disconnects early, remove the phone from its case to improve airflow and check that the charger output matches 5V. Warmth that stays below uncomfortable-to-hold is within normal range and typically disappears after three full charge cycles.
