Fits WINNER WG11 and WG12 smartphones; replaces OEM battery CS-DEP571SL.
3.7V and 1300mAh capacity restores full charge cycles on devices showing rapid drain or shutdown.
Connector slides straight into the WG11 battery slot; no locking tab; flat orientation matches housing contact points.
We bench-tested this cell against the Wg11 fuel gauge IC — BMS accepted voltage curve without cutoff errors on initial charge.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against this new cell discharge curve before USB-PD pushes current into an uncalibrated BMS.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

WINNER WG11 / WG12 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V 1300mAh Li-ion cell for the WINNER WG11 and WG12 smartphones. It replaces the original battery when the cell has degraded past the point of holding a usable charge. Dimensions are 60.00 × 43.80 × 4.50mm — confirm these against your existing battery before ordering.

  • WG11 and WG12 compatibility: Both models share the same battery bay dimensions, voltage rail, and connector layout, so one cell fits both. The BMS protection circuitry matches the charge IC in each device.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS triggered overcurrent protection correctly and the cell held voltage within spec across the full discharge curve.
  • First-cycle fast charge tip: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one full discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

The fuel gauge IC in the WG11 was calibrated to the discharge curve of the original cell. A new cell has a different internal resistance profile, so the IC misjudges the remaining capacity. Under load — screen brightness, mobile data, or GPS — the cell voltage drops faster than the gauge expects, triggering a low-voltage shutdown even though the reported percentage looks safe. One full discharge to near-zero followed by a complete charge resets the coulomb counter and brings percentage reporting back into alignment.

Phone warm near the battery on the first few charges

A fresh cell starts with higher internal impedance than a conditioned one. The charge IC pushes current into that impedance, and the energy lost appears as heat. This is normal for the first two to three cycles as the cell's internal resistance settles. If the device stays warm past three full cycles, check that the charge port and cable are clean and that no third-party fast-charge adapter is overriding the charge IC's current limit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my WINNER WG11 shutting off at around 25% after I put in the new battery?

The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. When the screen or mobile radio pulls current, the new cell's voltage drops at a rate the gauge wasn't expecting, so the phone interprets it as a critical low and cuts power. Run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge fully without interruption. After that single cycle the coulomb counter recalibrates to the new cell and the shutdowns stop.

The WG11 isn't turning on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — what's wrong?

If the cell discharged below approximately 2.5V during storage, the BMS has locked out to prevent damage. The phone won't respond to a normal charge attempt in that state. Connect it to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes without pressing any button. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until it clears the BMS lockout threshold, after which normal charging resumes.

The battery percentage on my WG11 keeps jumping around erratically after the swap — is the new battery faulty?

It is not a faulty cell — it is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating. The IC uses a stored discharge model built on data from the original battery, and the new cell's voltage-to-capacity relationship does not match that model yet. The gauge overcorrects as it tries to reconcile live voltage readings with stale reference data. Complete two full discharge and charge cycles at standard charge rate and the percentage display will stabilise.
