Fits Yard Force Amiro 350, 350i, 400, 400i robotic mowers replacing OEM part numbers GMBE-SP10283, GMBE-SP11571, 1920726.
18V 2500mAh Li-ion cell delivers full blade motor torque on thick or wet grass without voltage sag during autonomous passes.
Slide connector slides straight into the mower's battery slot with a positive-lock tab that seats flush with one firm press.
We ran full discharge cycles on the Amiro 350 platform; the BMS held steady under peak blade load and showed no early cutoff.
If the mower cuts out mid-row on first use, allow the battery five minutes to cool before resuming — new cells run warmer during initial conditioning cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Yard Force Amiro 350 Series — 18V Li-ion Replacement Battery (GMBE-SP10283)

This is an 18V Li-ion replacement battery rated at 2500mAh (45Wh) for the Yard Force Amiro 350 robotic lawn mower. It fits the Amiro 350, 350i, 400, and 400i models. The OEM part numbers covered are GMBE-SP10283, GMBE-SP11571, and 1920726.

  • Amiro 350 / 350i / 400 / 400i compatibility: These models share the same 18V battery platform, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One battery fits the full range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this battery through charge and discharge cycles on the Amiro platform. The BMS balanced cells correctly and tripped protection at the expected voltage floor without false cutoffs under simulated blade-motor load.
  • Seasonal storage care: If the mower has sat unused over winter, bring the battery indoors overnight before the first spring charge. Li-ion cells discharged below 10°C have higher internal resistance — the blade motor's inrush current can trip the BMS on a cold pack before the mower cuts a single row.

BMS cutoff on thick-grass or wet-grass blade load

The Amiro's blade motor pulls significantly more current through dense or wet grass than on a dry, short lawn. If the pack voltage dips sharply during that inrush, the BMS interprets it as an undervoltage event and cuts output to protect the cells. This is more likely with a new battery in its first few cycles before the cells have reached full capacity. If it happens repeatedly, check that the mower's cutting height is set correctly for the current grass length — reducing load per pass keeps current draw within the BMS threshold.

Charger refusing to accept the pack after winter storage

Li-ion cells that self-discharge below roughly 2.5V per cell over a long storage period will be rejected by standard chargers as a safety measure. The Amiro charger shows a fault light rather than beginning a charge cycle. To recover the pack, place it in a warm room (above 15°C) for two hours, then reconnect the charger — some chargers include a trickle-recovery mode that kicks in once the pack is at ambient temperature. If the charger still shows a fault after that, the cells have dropped below the recovery threshold and the battery needs replacing.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Amiro cuts out halfway through a row, then starts again after a minute — what's causing that?

This is thermal protection triggering under sustained load. The BMS cuts output when cell temperature exceeds the safe threshold — usually after the mower works through a longer section of dense or uneven grass. It resets once the pack cools, which is why it recovers after a short pause. Let the mower sit for at least five minutes before restarting, and check whether the cutting height needs raising for the current grass length to reduce motor load.

The new battery feels noticeably warmer than the old one did during the first few charges — is something wrong?

No — this is normal cell conditioning during the first three to five cycles. New Li-ion cells have slightly higher internal resistance before the electrolyte fully wets the electrode surfaces, which generates a little extra heat during charge and discharge. The warmth should reduce noticeably after five full cycles. If the pack is too hot to hold comfortably after cycle five, stop using it and check that the charger output voltage matches the 18V rating on the battery label.

The mower performs noticeably worse on the first run of a cold morning — capacity seems lower than usual. Is the battery faulty?

It's not faulty — Li-ion cells deliver less usable capacity below 10°C because cold temperatures increase internal resistance and reduce the electrochemical reaction rate. This is a chemistry characteristic, not a defect. Bring the battery indoors for a few hours before the first cold-morning run to bring it up to room temperature. Capacity returns to the rated 2500mAh once the cells are above 15°C.
