• S3 platform fit: The S3 runs a 14.4V motor rail and uses a BMS that checks cell voltage at startup. This replacement matches that voltage requirement and connector layout, so the vacuum's motor and suction fan receive the correct supply from the first charge cycle.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge runs on a 14.4V cordless vacuum platform. The BMS held cutoff voltage correctly at both the low-cell and high-cell thresholds, with no false trips during sustained motor load.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a depleted cell. When the motor sustains restricted airflow — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or dense carpet pile — current draw spikes beyond the BMS protection threshold and the circuit opens. The pack recovers once cell temperature drops slightly and the BMS resets. Clear any blockage, check the filter, then power the vacuum back on. If the cutout recurs on open hard floor with a clean filter, verify cell voltage after a full charge sits at or above 16.4V.
