Fits Sichler PCR-7000 cordless vacuum cleaners, replaces OEM part number NX-6080-919.
14.8V and 5200mAh capacity restores full motor power under sustained carpet cleaning loads.
Connector slides into the battery dock with a single locking tab—orient flat side down.
We bench-tested this cell in the PCR-7000 charging dock; BMS accepted handshake on first insertion without fault codes.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge—trickle current degrades capacity significantly faster than removing it when complete.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Sichler PCR-7000 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (NX-6080-919)

This 14.8V 5200mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Sichler PCR-7000 cordless stick vacuum. It matches the OEM part number NX-6080-919 and fits the same battery bay without modification. Voltage and cell count are identical to the factory pack.

  • PCR-7000 platform fit: The PCR-7000 runs a 4S lithium cell arrangement at a nominal 14.8V. This replacement uses the same cell configuration and connector, so the vacuum's motor controller reads the pack voltage correctly from the first charge cycle.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the PCR-7000 platform and monitored BMS behaviour under sustained suction load. The protection circuit held stable voltage delivery and tripped correctly at low-cell-voltage threshold without nuisance cutoffs at normal operating draw.
  • Dock charging discipline for the PCR-7000: Do not leave the PCR-7000 sitting on the charging dock permanently. Cordless vacuums in continuous dock contact receive a low-level trickle that degrades cell capacity faster than intermittent charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the PCR-7000

This happens when the motor draws more current than the battery can sustain at full voltage — a condition called voltage sag. On the PCR-7000, a partially blocked filter is the most common trigger: restricted airflow forces the motor to work harder, pulling higher current and dragging cell voltage down before the indicator catches up. The vacuum reads cell voltage to estimate charge level, so a sagging pack looks fuller than it is. Clear the filter first, then check whether suction holds — if it does, the battery is not the cause.

PCR-7000 motor cuts out mid-clean then comes back on after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a flat battery. When suction airflow is restricted — by a clogged filter, a blockage in the hose, or a full dust cup — the motor draws sustained current above the BMS trip threshold. The protection circuit cuts power to prevent cell damage. After a short pause the BMS resets and power returns. Check the filter, empty the dust cup, and clear any hose blockage before swapping the battery. If the cutout stops after clearing the restriction, the replacement pack is functioning correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Sichler PCR-7000 seems to run out of power much sooner than it used to — could a blocked filter be causing this?

Yes, a restricted filter is one of the most common causes of short apparent runtime on the PCR-7000. When airflow is blocked, the motor draws more current than rated to maintain suction, which drains the battery faster and accelerates voltage sag. Clean or replace the filter first, then run a full charge cycle before concluding the battery is at fault. If runtime improves after clearing the filter, the battery was not the issue.

I left my PCR-7000 on the charging dock for weeks and now the battery barely holds charge — what happened?

Continuous dock contact subjects lithium cells to a sustained low-level charge that degrades capacity over time. The PCR-7000's charger does not fully disengage once the pack reaches 100%, so cells sitting at high state of charge under trickle current lose usable capacity cycle by cycle. A replacement pack will restore capacity, but remove it from the dock as soon as charging is complete to prevent the same degradation recurring.

The replacement battery for my PCR-7000 isn't being detected by the charger — the charging light won't come on at all. What should I try?

Some chargers expect a BMS handshake signal before initiating a charge cycle, and a deeply discharged replacement pack may not have enough voltage to trigger that handshake. Connect the battery to the charger and leave it for 15–20 minutes — some chargers apply a low pre-charge current to recover a deeply discharged pack before switching to normal charge mode. If the indicator still does not activate, check that the battery contacts are clean and fully seated in the charger port. The pack needs to read above approximately 10V for most 14.8V chargers to enter normal charge mode.
