This 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion battery pack replaces the original cell in the Alfawise V8s Pro cordless vacuum cleaner. It fits the V8s Pro's battery housing and connects to the same BMS circuit as the factory pack. Capacity is 2600mAh (37.44Wh), matching the stock specification.

• V8s Pro platform fit: The V8s Pro runs a 14.4V architecture with a specific BMS handshake that governs both charge acceptance and discharge cutoff. This pack matches that voltage rail and connector geometry, so the vacuum's power management circuit recognises it as a valid source without throwing a fault state.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the V8s Pro platform. The BMS held cutoff correctly at the low-voltage threshold, and charge acceptance was clean across multiple cycles with no temperature anomalies at the cell junction.
• Dock charging on the V8s Pro: Do not leave the V8s Pro sitting on the dock continuously. The charger does not fully disengage when the pack reaches capacity, and sustained trickle current accelerates capacity fade in the cells. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock.

A degraded cell pack sags under motor load even when the indicator still reads mid-charge. The 14.4V rail drops under the sustained current draw of the V8s Pro's motor, and the vacuum interprets that voltage sag as reduced power rather than a low battery event. The indicator reads charge state at rest, not under load, so the gap between what it shows and what the motor actually receives widens as the cells age. Replacing the pack restores the full voltage headroom the motor needs to maintain consistent airflow.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering after a pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a battery failure. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor works harder to maintain airflow, pulling more current than the BMS allows in a sustained draw window. The BMS trips the output, the motor stops, and after a short thermal or timer reset it restores power. Clean or replace the filter first — if the cutout stops, the pack was not the cause. If cutouts continue with a clean filter and a new pack, check the motor for debris restriction at the intake.
