This 3.7V 5300mAh Li-Polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Appareo Stratus 2, Stratus 2S, and Stratus 3 portable ADS-B receivers. These units deliver real-time weather, traffic, and terrain data to pilots via a connected tablet or EFB app. Fit the correct cell and the Stratus resumes normal ADS-B and GPS operation without configuration changes.

• Stratus 2, 2S, and 3 compatibility: All three models share the same physical cell format, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — the 3.7V voltage rail and 5300mAh capacity requirement are identical across the series, so one cell covers all three variants.

The Stratus 2 series stores flight-relevant data on its paired EFB app — not in onboard battery-backed RAM — so most route and airspace data survives a full power removal.
