Dreame V12 Slim / V11 GR — 21.6V Li-ion Replacement Battery (VPS14A)

This 21.6V, 2500mAh (54Wh) Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Dreame V12 Slim and V11 GR cordless stick vacuums. It uses OEM part references VPS14A and V2211-6S1P-BCA. If your vacuum won't hold a charge or cuts out mid-session, this is the direct replacement cell.

• V12 Slim and V11 GR compatibility: Both models share the same 21.6V battery rail, connector layout, and BMS handshake protocol — that's why one cell covers both. Swapping between platforms with the same pack is safe because the voltage and communication signals are identical.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This is a voltage sag issue, not a capacity issue. When the filter is partially blocked, the motor draws more current than rated to maintain airflow. That extra draw pulls cell voltage down faster than the indicator circuit expects, so the vacuum feels like it's losing power with charge remaining. Clean or replace the filter first — if suction recovers immediately, the cell is fine. If the sag persists on a clean filter, the original battery has lost enough internal resistance tolerance that it can't sustain the current spike.

Motor cuts out mid-session then restarts after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a motor fault. On restricted airflow — blocked filter, clogged brush roll, or a stuck blockage in the tube — the motor load spikes above the BMS current threshold and the pack shuts off as a protection measure. Clearing the restriction is the fix, not the battery. If the trips keep happening on a clean, unblocked vacuum with a fresh cell, check that cell voltage sits between 21.0V and 24.3V at rest before suspecting the BMS itself.
