Fits Fly TS110 smartphone, replaces OEM battery BL6703.
3.7V lithium-ion cell delivers 2000mAh capacity for standard call and messaging duty.
Connector slides into the standard TS110 battery slot with no modifications required.
We bench-tested this cell against the original discharge curve — BMS accepted input voltage cleanly, fuel gauge IC reads capacity on first boot.
On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-charge cycle without enabling fast charge to let the fuel gauge recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Fly TS110 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BL6703)

This is a 3.7V, 2000mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Fly TS110 smartphone. It fits directly in place of the original BL6703 cell. Use it to restore a phone that no longer holds charge or shuts down unexpectedly under load.

  • TS110 platform fit: The TS110 uses a single-cell Li-ion pack at 3.7V nominal. The BL6703 form factor — 68.20 × 43.95 × 6.40mm — matches the battery bay exactly, and the connector orientation lines up with the board's charge IC input rail without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through full charge and discharge cycles on the TS110 platform. The BMS accepted charge current correctly, protection circuitry tripped cleanly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold, and the charge IC reported cell status without fault codes.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable any fast-charge mode for the first complete discharge-to-charge cycle. This allows the fuel gauge IC to map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging is applied to an uncalibrated cell — preventing erratic percentage readings from the start.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the TS110 after a cell swap

The TS110's fuel gauge IC stores a discharge model calibrated to the old cell. When a new cell is installed, that model no longer matches the actual voltage curve. At around 20–30% reported charge, the new cell's voltage drops below what the modem and display draw can sustain — the phone cuts out even though the gauge shows charge remaining. One full slow-charge cycle after the swap lets the coulomb counter reset its reference points against the new cell. After that cycle, the gauge tracks accurately and the shutdowns stop.

Phone warm near the battery compartment on first charge after replacement

A new high-impedance cell generates more heat during the first few charge cycles than a conditioned cell does. The charge IC on the TS110 applies a constant current phase that the fresh cell resists at higher internal resistance, converting some energy to heat. This is normal and tapers off after two to three full cycles as internal resistance drops. If the device stays warm beyond the third charge cycle, check that the battery cover is seated flat — a lifted cover traps heat and can mask a contact seating issue at the connector.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Fly TS110 powers off at around 25% battery — why does this happen with the new cell?

The fuel gauge IC on the TS110 is still running the discharge model it learned from the old, degraded cell. The new cell has a different voltage curve, so the gauge misjudges where the voltage cliff sits. Under modem or screen load, the cell voltage drops sharply before the gauge registers empty, triggering an emergency shutdown. Run one full slow discharge to near zero, then charge to 100% uninterrupted — this resets the coulomb counter reference against the new cell.

The battery percentage on my TS110 is jumping around erratically after fitting the replacement — is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong with the cell itself. The fuel gauge IC recalibrates by tracking charge going in and out of the battery over complete cycles. With a fresh cell installed, it has no reference data yet, so percentage readings are unstable in the first one or two cycles. Let the phone discharge slowly to around 5%, then charge fully to 100% without interruption. After one or two complete cycles the gauge stabilises and the jumping stops.

The Fly TS110 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in storage — how do I recover it?

If the cell discharged below approximately 2.5V during storage, the BMS has locked out to prevent damage from over-discharge. The phone will not respond to a short press of the power button. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold, after which the phone will boot normally. If there is still no response after 30 minutes on a wall charger, reseat the battery connector and repeat.
