The BLP911 is a 3.87V, 4900mAh Li-Polymer cell that replaces the original factory battery in the Realme V25, Realme 9i, K10, and CPH2373. It matches the OEM footprint at 93.75 × 65.00 × 4.50mm and connects to the existing charge IC and fuel gauge IC without modification. Capacity is 18.96Wh.
- Realme V25 / 9i / K10 platform fit: These four models share the same BLP911 connector pinout, BMS handshake protocol, and charge IC voltage rails. One cell covers all four variants without adapter wiring or firmware changes.

The phone won't power on at all after the BLP911 sat in the drawer for a few months before I installed it — what do I do?
Extended storage below roughly 2.5V per cell triggers a BMS lockout to prevent damage. The phone will not boot because the BMS is blocking current to the system rail. Connect a known-working Oppo-compatible charger and leave it for 30–45 minutes without attempting to power on. The charge IC applies a trickle recovery current that brings the cell above the BMS re-enable threshold — once voltage recovers, the phone will power on normally.
The Realme 9i feels warm near the battery during the first few charges with the new cell — is that normal?
A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell, so the charge IC dissipates more heat during the constant-current phase. This is most noticeable in the first two or three sessions and reduces as the cell conditions. If the warmth is mild and charging completes normally, no action is needed.
