Fits Redmi Note 10 Pro; replaces OEM part BM57.
3.87V nominal, 4900mAh capacity restores full charge cycles on this handset.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot; no locking tab, push-fit contact.
We bench-tested against a degraded OEM cell; fuel gauge IC showed expected recalibration demand.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the coulomb counter recalibrate against the new cell curve before USB-PD pushes current into an uncalibrated BMS.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Redmi Note 10 Pro — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BM57)

This is a 4900mAh, 3.87V lithium-polymer cell for the Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphone. It replaces the original BM57 battery when the existing cell has degraded, swells, or can no longer hold a useful charge. Installing a new cell restores full device functionality without replacing the handset.

  • Note 10 Pro fitment: The BM57 cell is specific to the Note 10 Pro chassis. Connector orientation, physical dimensions (90.60 × 63.70 × 5.00mm), and the BMS handshake profile match the original board layout. Do not attempt to fit this cell in other Note 10 variants — the connector and board communication differ.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through a full discharge-charge sequence on a Note 10 Pro unit. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, charge IC ramped to full current normally, and the fuel gauge registered 4900mAh capacity within one complete cycle.
  • First-cycle calibration tip: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and complete one full discharge-charge cycle at standard rate. This lets the fuel gauge IC build an accurate discharge curve for the new cell before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated cell.

Why the Note 10 Pro reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The fuel gauge IC on the Note 10 Pro uses a coulomb counter calibrated to the original cell's discharge curve. When a new cell is installed, that stored curve no longer matches the actual cell behaviour. The gauge reads residual data from the old cell and reports incorrect state-of-charge values until it relearns. One complete slow discharge to below 5%, followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100%, forces the IC to reset its reference points against the new cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% remaining on the replacement cell

This happens when the fuel gauge IC has not yet mapped the new cell's voltage cliff — the point where cell voltage drops sharply under load from the modem or display. The OS sees 25% state-of-charge but the cell voltage collapses below the BMS cutoff threshold under peak current draw, triggering an immediate shutdown. Run two full slow cycles first, then check that the phone does not shut down under screen-on and cellular load above 20%. If shutdowns persist past three full cycles, verify the installed cell voltage reads above 3.6V at rest before charging.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Note 10 Pro won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Likely not dead, but the BMS has locked the cell out due to deep discharge below 2.5V. Plug into a wall charger — not a computer USB port — and leave it connected for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on. The charge IC needs to trickle current into the cell before the BMS will release the lockout. If the phone shows no charge indicator after 30 minutes, check that the battery connector is fully seated on the board.

Fast charging stopped working right after I installed the new BM57 — the phone only charges slowly now.

The USB-PD or Xiaomi proprietary fast-charge protocol handshake can fail on the first cycle with a new BMS. The charge IC defaults to standard 5V input until it successfully negotiates a higher-voltage profile. Complete one full charge cycle at standard rate, then reboot the device, reconnect the original charger, and check the charging indicator. If fast charge still does not activate after a reboot, clear the battery stats cache in the device's developer options and repeat one full cycle.

The battery percentage on my Note 10 Pro keeps jumping around erratically — it went from 60% to 40% in five minutes without heavy use.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against the new cell's discharge curve. The coulomb counter lost its reference data when the original cell was removed and is now estimating state-of-charge from incomplete data. Run two full discharge-charge cycles at standard charge rate with no fast charging enabled. After the second complete cycle the gauge will have enough data to stabilise, and percentage readings should track smoothly — verify the reading stays consistent across a 10% drop under normal screen-on use.
