This is a 14.4V, 3500mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Robee Emotion cordless vacuum cleaner. It replaces the original pack when the cell has lost charging capacity and the vacuum no longer holds a useful charge. Voltage and chemistry match the original spec exactly.

The indicator triggers early because voltage has sagged, not because capacity is gone. Check and clean the filter before assuming the battery is the problem.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the Emotion's nozzle picks up a blockage or the filter is heavily loaded, the motor draws a sustained current spike above the BMS threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells. After a brief rest the pack voltage recovers, the BMS resets, and the motor runs again. Clear the blockage, clean the filter, then restart — if it trips again on a clean vacuum, verify the pack is holding above 12.0V under load.
