Sencor SRV 1000SL / SRV 1000 — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SRX 0014)

This is a 10.8V 2600mAh Li-ion battery for the Sencor SRV 1000SL and SRV 1000 robotic vacuum cleaners. It replaces the original cell pack when capacity has dropped through repeated charge cycles. The pack uses a 3S 18650 configuration matching the OEM voltage rail and connector layout.

• SRV 1000SL and SRV 1000 compatibility: Both models run the same 10.8V three-cell series circuit and share the same dock connector and BMS handshake logic — one cell pack covers both units without modification.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on the SRV 1000 platform. The BMS held cutoff correctly at low-cell threshold and accepted charge termination from the dock without fault flags.
• Dock charging behaviour on this vacuum: Do not leave the SRV 1000SL sitting on the dock between every cleaning run. The dock delivers a continuous trickle once full, and Li-ion cells held near 100% for extended periods lose usable capacity faster than cells cycled from depletion. Charge fully, then remove from dock until the next run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the SRV 1000SL

When a filter is partially blocked, the motor works harder to pull the same airflow. That increased draw pulls more current from the cell pack, which causes voltage to sag earlier in the discharge cycle. The vacuum's motor controller reads that sag as reduced power and throttles back — even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. Cleaning or replacing the filter is the first step; a fresh filter alone will often restore full suction before any battery swap is needed.

Motor cutting out mid-run and then restarting after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. A sustained restriction — blocked brush roll, clogged filter, or hair wrap on the intake — forces the motor to draw beyond the BMS current threshold, which shuts the pack down to protect the cells. The BMS resets once current drops, which is why the vacuum restarts after a short pause. Clear the blockage, then power cycle the unit; if the trip happens again on a clean filter, check cell voltage at the pack connector — it should read between 11.1V and 12.6V at rest.
