Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiper C Xe / Ciiky XE Series — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (7030DE0)
This is a 25.2V 3400mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Wiper C Xe, Ciiky XE, Ciiky XH, J Xe, and related cordless lawn mower models. It matches the OEM part number 7030DE0 and slots into the same battery bay as the original pack. Voltage and capacity are drawn from verified product data — 85.68Wh total energy.
- C Xe and Ciiky platform compatibility: These models share a common 25.2V battery architecture, the same physical connector, and the same BMS handshake protocol. A pack built to the 7030DE0 spec communicates correctly with the mower's power management circuit across all listed variants.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge-discharge cycles and simulated blade-motor inrush load. The BMS held cutoff thresholds within spec and recovered cleanly after high-draw events without latching into fault state.
- Seasonal storage before first spring use: If the mower and battery sat through winter, bring the pack indoors overnight before the first cut. Below 10°C, Li-ion internal resistance climbs sharply — the blade motor's inrush current on a cold pack can trip the BMS before the first row is finished.
BMS cutoff on thick-grass and wet-grass blade load
The blade motor on the C Xe draws significantly more current when cutting dense or wet grass than during normal dry-lawn passes. If the BMS reads a sustained current spike above its protection threshold — typically triggered within the first few seconds of a heavy-load row — it will cut power to protect the cells. This is not a battery fault; it is the protection circuit working as intended. Let the mower sit for five minutes, then resume at a slightly slower walking pace to keep draw within the BMS window.
Charger rejecting the pack after winter garage storage
Li-ion cells that self-discharge below roughly 2.5V per cell over a long storage period will read as outside the charger's acceptance voltage window — the charger shows a fault light and refuses to begin a charge cycle. The pack is not necessarily dead. Place it on the charger for 10–15 minutes anyway; some chargers will attempt a trickle-recovery pulse once the pack warms slightly. If the charger still faults after 20 minutes at room temperature (above 15°C), the cells have discharged too far for safe recovery and the pack needs replacing.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Wiper C Xe cuts out halfway through a row in thick grass, then starts again after a short wait — is the battery faulty?
This is thermal or overcurrent protection activating, not a cell failure. The blade motor pulls a high current spike in dense grass, and if the BMS reads that spike as exceeding its protection limit, it interrupts power and resets after the pack cools. Walk slightly slower on heavy-growth sections to keep the motor draw below the trip threshold, and allow a five-minute rest if it cuts out before resuming.
The battery feels noticeably warmer than my old pack after the first few charges and cuts — should I be concerned?
New cells generate more heat during the first few charge and discharge cycles while their internal resistance settles. This is normal conditioning behaviour and typically stabilises after five full cycles. If the pack is too hot to hold comfortably after a normal cut — rather than just warm — stop use and let it cool to room temperature before charging. Check that the battery bay vents on the mower are clear of grass clippings.
My Wiper mower won't finish a full cut in cold weather — the battery seems to run out much faster than in summer. Is something wrong with the pack?
Nothing is wrong. Li-ion cells lose usable capacity when temperatures drop below 10°C because internal resistance increases and the cells cannot deliver their full rated energy. The 3400mAh rating is measured at 20–25°C — you will get noticeably less at cold temperatures, and the BMS may also cut off earlier to protect the cells. Store the battery indoors before use and bring it out just before cutting to recover as much cold-weather capacity as possible.
