This is a 14.4V 5200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the XCLEA H30 Plus and H30 cordless stick vacuums. It matches the OEM part number INR18650 M26-4S2P and slots into the same battery bay without modification. Capacity is 74.88Wh — identical to the original specification.

• H30 Plus and H30 platform: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the same battery bay dimensions and BMS handshake. One battery fits both without adapter or firmware workaround.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran the battery through motor start, sustained suction, and blockage-recovery cycles. The BMS held cutoff cleanly under overcurrent and reset without needing manual intervention once load was removed.
• Dock charging on the H30 Plus: Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently. Continuous dock contact causes trickle charge stress on Li-ion cells and accelerates capacity fade. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock and store it unplugged.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering on the H30 Plus

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a faulty battery. When the vacuum filter is partially blocked, the motor draws more current than its rated operating envelope to maintain suction. The BMS reads that as an overcurrent event and cuts the motor to protect the cells. Once load drops — vacuum lifted from the floor or blockage cleared — the BMS resets and the motor restarts. Clean or replace the filter first; if cutouts stop, the battery was never the cause.

Suction drops well before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when voltage sag under load pulls the pack voltage below what the motor controller expects before the indicator circuit registers a low-battery state. A restricted filter forces the motor to draw sustained high current, which causes disproportionate voltage sag across the cells. The indicator reads resting voltage — which still looks fine — while under-load voltage has already dropped enough to reduce motor speed and suction. Clear any filter blockage and check that all seals in the dust bin are seated; both reduce motor demand and bring under-load voltage back above 12.6V at the pack output.
