Fits Yoo Digital IWip 600 and IWip 1000 cordless vacuum cleaners with OEM battery compatibility.
14.4V Ni-MH pack delivers 3500mAh capacity for sustained motor power during floor and furniture cleaning cycles.
Connector seats into the standard Yoo Digital charging dock slot with spring-loaded contact alignment and locking tab engagement.
We tested this cell on the IWip 600 motor load — BMS accepted the pack without fault codes and held voltage steady under sustained suction draw.
Do not leave this vacuum on the charging dock continuously after reaching full charge — Ni-MH packs left on trickle charge develop capacity fade within weeks, so remove from dock when full.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Yoo Digital IWip 600 / IWip 1000 — 14.4V Ni-MH Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 3500mAh Ni-MH replacement battery pack for the Yoo Digital IWip 600 and IWip 1000 cordless handheld vacuums. It slots into the battery compartment and restores power to the motor for floor and furniture cleaning. Capacity is 50.4Wh, matching the original specification.

  • IWip 600 and IWip 1000 compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and share the same battery housing dimensions and connector. One replacement battery cell covers both units without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated motor-start and sustained-run sequences. The BMS held within rated voltage on start surge and cut cleanly at the low-voltage threshold without nuisance trips under normal suction load.
  • Dock charging behaviour on Ni-MH cells: Leave the IWip on the charging dock only until the charge cycle completes, then remove it. Ni-MH cells in this pack are particularly vulnerable to trickle-charge heat buildup from continuous dock contact — it accelerates capacity fade faster than normal discharge cycling does.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This usually isn't a battery fault — it's a voltage sag caused by a restricted airpath forcing the motor to draw more current than rated. Under elevated load, cell voltage drops enough to weaken motor speed even when the pack still holds charge. Check the filter and dust cup first. A clean airpath lets the motor run at rated draw, and the sag disappears.

Motor cuts out mid-use then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked filter, full dust cup, or tight fabric surface — the motor labours and current spikes above the BMS cutoff threshold. The pack shuts down to protect the cells, then resets once it cools slightly. Clear the restriction, then power the vacuum back on. If it trips again immediately on a clean filter, measure pack voltage at rest — a healthy cell should read at least 14.0V before any load is applied.

Frequently Asked Questions

My IWip 600 suction drops noticeably halfway through a session but the battery light still shows full — what's happening?

This is motor voltage sag under load, not a dead battery. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to pull more current than the pack is rated for, which drops cell voltage and weakens motor speed before the battery indicator reacts. Clean the filter and empty the dust cup, then run again. If suction stays strong through the full session, the filter restriction was the cause.

The vacuum runs for a few seconds, cuts out, then works again after I wait — is the battery faulty?

Not necessarily. That cut-and-recover pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip. A blocked airpath causes the motor to spike current above the BMS threshold, the pack shuts off to protect the cells, then resets when temperature drops slightly. Clear the filter and dust cup completely before assuming the cell is at fault. If it still trips on a clean filter, check resting pack voltage — it should sit above 14.0V with no load applied.

My new replacement battery fades much faster than the original did when it was new — could continuous dock charging be the cause?

Yes, this is a known issue with Ni-MH cells. Leaving the vacuum docked after the charge cycle completes causes sustained trickle-charge heat inside the pack, which degrades capacity faster than normal discharge cycling. Remove the vacuum from the dock as soon as charging is complete. Charge only when the pack is depleted, and you'll see significantly slower capacity loss over time.
