Fits Vivo X60 Pro Plus and replaces OEM part number B-P8 battery.
3.87V, 4100mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full charge capacity to aging original packs.
Connector and locking tab align with X60 Pro Plus battery slot; no modification required.
We bench-tested this cell on a fresh X60 Pro Plus unit — fuel gauge IC accepted the BMS handshake after a cold boot with battery seated.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge cycle to let the coulomb counter recalibrate against the new cell's voltage curve.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vivo X60 Pro Plus — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (B-P8)

This is a 3.87V, 4100mAh (15.87Wh) Li-Polymer battery carrying OEM part number B-P8. It fits the Vivo X60 Pro Plus, X60 Pro+, X60 Pro+ 5G, and V2056A. It replaces a degraded or failed original cell in this Android flagship smartphone.

  • X60 Pro+ platform compatibility: The X60 Pro Plus, X60 Pro+ 5G, and V2056A share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. All variants draw from the same 3.87V nominal rail, so one cell covers the entire line without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell on the X60 Pro+ platform and confirmed the BMS accepted the charge IC handshake on first contact. The protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff and reset cleanly on reconnect.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the fuel gauge IC is still mapped to the old cell's discharge curve. The new cell has a steeper voltage cliff at lower states of charge, so the phone hits the BMS undervoltage cutoff while the OS still shows charge remaining. The fix is one full uninterrupted discharge to automatic shutdown, followed by a full charge without interruption. After that cycle, the coulomb counter resets its endpoint reference to match the new cell.

USB-PD or proprietary fast charge not working on the first cycle

A new high-impedance cell can cause the charge IC to fall back to standard 5V charging on the first session — this is a protective handshake response, not a fault with the battery. The charge controller measures internal resistance and limits current if the cell reads outside expected parameters. Run one standard slow charge to completion first. On the second cycle, fast charging protocols negotiate normally once the cell's impedance drops into the expected range.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Vivo X60 Pro+ shuts off suddenly around 25% after fitting the new battery — is something wrong?

Nothing is wrong with the cell. The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old battery's discharge curve, so it misreads the new cell's voltage cliff and allows the phone to run past its safe operating floor. Let the phone discharge completely to auto-shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without removing the charger early. After that one full cycle, the coulomb counter maps the new cell's endpoints and the shutdowns stop.

The phone won't power on at all after the replacement battery arrived — no screen, no vibration, nothing.

A cell that sat in storage can drop below 2.5V per cell, triggering a BMS deep-discharge lockout that blocks normal boot. Plug in the original charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes before pressing the power button — the charge IC trickle-charges the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold at around 3.0V before allowing full current. If the charging indicator still doesn't appear after that window, try a different cable and confirm the connector is fully seated on the board.

The battery percentage is jumping around erratically — goes from 60% down to 45% in seconds, then back up.

This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against the new cell — it has lost its reference points after the swap and is polling voltage instead of tracking coulombs accurately. The jumps settle after one or two complete discharge-charge cycles as the IC rebuilds its internal capacity model. Run the phone down to auto-shutdown twice, charging fully to 100% each time without interruption. After the second full cycle, percentage readouts stabilise.
