Fits Wiko Ridge Fab and Ridge Fab 4G smartphones; replaces OEM battery part numbers 5320 and 5320B.
3.8V, 3000mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full runtime to your device after capacity loss or charge hold failure.
Connector type is proprietary Wiko contact strip; battery slides into slot vertically with locking tab at base.
We bench-tested this cell in a Ridge Fab 4G unit; the fuel gauge IC detected the new pack on first cycle and recalibrated without errors.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle—this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging stresses an uncalibrated cell.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Wiko Ridge FAB / Ridge FAB 4G — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (5320 / 5320B)

This 3.8V, 3000mAh (11.4Wh) lithium-polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Wiko Ridge FAB and Ridge FAB 4G smartphones. It fits the same footprint at 86.50 × 65.80 × 4.10mm and connects through the standard flex connector on both variants. Use the OEM part numbers 5320 and 5320B to confirm fitment before ordering.

  • Ridge FAB and Ridge FAB 4G compatibility: Both models share the same battery bay dimensions, flex connector pinout, and charge-management IC interface. The 4G variant draws higher peak current during LTE band switching, but the 3000mAh cell handles that load within the same BMS discharge curve as the standard Ridge FAB.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the Ridge FAB platform. The BMS accepted the full charge handshake, the protection circuit tripped correctly at the low-voltage cutoff threshold, and the charge IC did not flag a fault at any point during the test cycle.
  • First-cycle fuel gauge calibration: On first use after installation, disable fast charging and run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell — preventing erratic percentage jumps from the first day.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Ridge FAB after a cell swap

The Ridge FAB's fuel gauge IC holds a discharge model calibrated to the original cell. When a new cell with a different internal resistance is fitted, the IC misreads remaining voltage under load — particularly during LTE transmission bursts or screen-on peaks. At around 20–30% reported charge, actual cell voltage can drop below the modem's minimum operating threshold and the phone cuts out even though the gauge still shows capacity. One full discharge-recharge cycle without fast charging lets the coulomb counter recalibrate against the new cell's actual voltage curve. After that cycle, shutdowns in this range typically stop.

Ridge FAB will not power on after sitting in storage for several months

Lithium-polymer cells in storage self-discharge slowly. If a Ridge FAB with a depleted or new replacement cell has been stored for an extended period, cell voltage can drop below 2.5V — the point at which the BMS enters lockout to prevent cell damage. The phone shows nothing on screen and does not respond to the power button. Connect it to a wall charger rated at least 5V/1A and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything; the BMS needs trickle current to recover voltage above the lockout threshold before it will allow a normal charge cycle to begin. Once the charging indicator appears on screen, the battery is back above the BMS re-enable voltage and will charge normally from that point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Wiko Ridge FAB show the wrong battery percentage after I put in a replacement cell?

The fuel gauge IC on the Ridge FAB stores a discharge model built from the original cell's voltage curve and internal resistance. A new cell has different characteristics, so the IC reports inaccurate percentages until it recalibrates. Run one full discharge — use the phone normally until it shuts down on low battery — then charge to 100% in one uninterrupted session with fast charging disabled. After that single cycle, the coulomb counter resets its baseline against the new cell and percentage readings stabilise.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I charged my Ridge FAB after fitting the replacement battery — is something wrong?

This is normal on the first cycle with a new cell. The charge IC negotiates current delivery based on BMS feedback; on an uncalibrated replacement cell, the BMS may report cell parameters that cause the IC to fall back to standard charge rates as a precaution. Charge once at standard rate to full capacity, then disconnect and allow a normal discharge. On the second charge, the fast-charge protocol typically re-engages once the BMS has a full charge-discharge reference cycle logged.

My Ridge FAB gets noticeably warm near the battery compartment during the first few charges with the new cell — should I be worried?

A new lithium-polymer cell has higher internal impedance than a worn-in cell, so more energy is lost as heat during the initial charge cycles. This is expected and reduces after two to three full cycles as impedance drops. Monitor the temperature — warm to the touch is normal, but if the back panel becomes hot enough to be uncomfortable, stop the charge and let the phone cool before resuming. Charge on a hard flat surface with the case removed for the first three cycles to allow heat to dissipate freely.
